Anyone ever associated with the launch of a new restaurant knows there are endless challenges connected with the opening of a new eatery. Hops & Hominy opened their doors on Union Square in San Francisco on Halloween, 2011; introducing a completely original concept of southern-influenced cuisine and a lengthy, unusual and comprehensive domestic beer list.
